Uzbekistan exports over 17,400 tonnes of sweet cherry

Uzbekistan exported more than 17,400 tonnes of sweet cherry for US$73.48 million from 28 April to 29 May 2018, Uzbekoziqovqatholding said in a statement.
According to the company, in the same period of2017, Uzbekistan shipped 8,000 tonnes for the amount of US$21.57 million.
In the period under review, cherry exports from Uzbekistan increased by 9,070 tonnes or US$50.5 million.
