Uzbekistan exports gas worth US$1.14 billion in January-June

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Natural gas, fruit and vegetable products and cotton yarns were top three exported products of Uzbekistan in the first half of 2018.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Trade, in January-June, Uzbekistan exported natural gas for US$1.14 billion.

Uzbekistan exported fruit and vegetable products worth US$463.2 million in the reporting period and cotton yarn - US$381.04 million.

In the top 20 exported products of Uzbekistan, there are also polyethylene (US$219.5 million), finished textile products (US$216.8 million), cotton fiber (US$166.08 million), cathode copper (US$147.6 million), cotton fiber ), electricity (US$105.98 million), natural uranium (US$98.92 million) and black metal rolling (US$90.37 million).

In the top 20 exported goods by Uzbekistan, there are leather from animal skins (US$34.8 million), building materials other than cement (US$28.2 million), passenger cars (US$22.2 million), polypropylene (US$21.58 million), etc.
