Uzbekistan exports cherries worth US$104 million
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
From 28 April to 6 June 2018, Uzbekistan exported cherries for over US$103.96 million. This was stated by Uzbekoziqovqatholding.
According to the company, in the reporting period, Uzbekistan exported 24,575 tonnes of sweet cherry.
During the same period in 2017, Uzbekistan delivered 18,900 tonnes to foreign countries for the amount of US$44.23 million.
In the period under review, cherry exports from Uzbekistan increased by 5,340 tonnes or US$58.32 million.
