Uzbekistan exports cars for US$87.4 million in January-March

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan exported cars for US$87.4 million in January-March 2021, the press service of the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said in a statement.

The growth in the export of passenger cars compared to the same period of 2020 made up US$50.9 million.

The volume of export of passenger cars to Kazakhstan reached US$82.6 million (8 468 units). Ukraine ranked second in terms of passenger car exports with US$1.5 million.

Uzbekistan supplied cars worth US$1.3 million to Afghanistan, US$963,300 to Kyrgyzstan, US$444,700 to Azerbaijan, US$313,000 to Russia and US$134,400 to Tajikistan.
