Uzbekistan Explores Cooperation Opportunities with Pakistani Pharmaceutical Company Getz Pharma

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of an official visit to Pakistan, Abdulla Azizov, Director of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry of Uzbekistan, visited one of the country’s largest and most reputable pharmaceutical companies, Getz Pharma.

During the visit, the delegation received a detailed overview of the company’s two operating production facilities, as well as its new manufacturing complex equipped with modern technology.

The production processes employ advanced technologies, and all products meet international quality and safety standards.

During the discussions, the parties explored investment opportunities, issues of localizing production, and prospects for expanding Getz Pharma’s operations within Uzbekistan. Special attention was paid to the company’s plans to enter the markets of CIS countries through an Uzbek platform.

Additionally, a presentation on expanding cooperation outlined concrete directions for investment projects and long-term partnership.
