Uzbekistan Establishes Awards Named After Mahmudkhodji Behbudi and Bahodir Yuldashev

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — By Government Resolution dated 30 September 2025, Uzbekistan approved regulations on the internship process for graduates of higher and vocational education institutions, as well as the digitalization of their employment system.

The document introduces new mechanisms for interaction between educational institutions and enterprises through the “Unified National Labor System” (MAPC). Each year, by October 1, educational organizations send enterprises registered in the system a request to conclude agreements for graduate internships.

Agreements between educational institutions and enterprises are formalized through the platform no later than three weeks before the start of the internship. Based on final state assessments, educational organizations annually upload information about graduates into the system.

Enterprises, in turn, are required to update information about staffing needs and available vacancies by the 25th of each month.

Graduates whose employment contracts are registered on the platform are automatically considered employed. The new system is designed to increase transparency in the internship process and simplify monitoring of graduate employment.
