Uzbekistan Draws with Iran in AFC U-23 Asian Championship

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan U-21 national football team played to a 0-0 draw against Iran in their second group-stage match of the AFC U-23 Asian Championship.

In the other Group C fixture, South Korea defeated Lebanon 4-2.

After two rounds, South Korea leads the group with 4 points, the same as Uzbekistan, while Iran sits in third place with 2 points and Lebanon remains at the bottom without any points.

Uzbekistan will play their final group-stage match against South Korea on 13 January.
