Uzbekistan Discusses Investment Potential of Pharmaceutical Cluster with Chinese Delegation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Abdulla Azizov, Director of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry, held discussions with a delegation from the Chinese company QingDa Vision Group.

During the meeting, the delegation was introduced to projects being implemented within the Tashkent Pharma Park pharmaceutical cluster, as well as to the phased development plans and ongoing sector reforms.

The presentation highlighted the cluster’s investment potential, providing detailed information on Uzbekistan’s current legislation, available tax incentives, and the infrastructure established within the cluster to facilitate investment projects.

Following the discussions, both parties agreed to continue cooperation and conduct further negotiations to define specific areas for joint work.
