Uzbekistan Discusses Cooperation with Dutch Investment Holding TASHGEN
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 9 April, Akram Aliev, Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a meeting with Berkin Imer, Director and Shareholder of TASHGEN B.V.
The company, registered in Amsterdam (Netherlands), specializes in investment projects within the energy sector, including cogeneration and the development of thermal power infrastructure.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the current status and future prospects of bilateral cooperation in the investment and energy fields. Particular emphasis was placed on increasing the efficiency of joint projects and strengthening the partnership between the two entities.
Both sides highlighted the importance of implementing modern, energy-efficient solutions for the sustainable development of Uzbekistan’s energy sector. They also noted the necessity of expanding interaction, attracting further investment, and introducing advanced technologies.
