Uzbekistan Discusses Boulevard World Exhibit in Riyadh
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 29–30 March, Uzbek officials held discussions in Riyadh with foreign partners regarding the creation of a permanent Uzbekistan exposition at the Boulevard World complex.
The delegation included Dilshod Rasulov, Assistant to the Hokim of Tashkent Region for Local Industry Development, and Jahongir Anvarov, Head of the Construction and Housing and Communal Services Department.
Project discussions with the complex’s management focused on establishing a permanent showcase of Uzbekistan’s cultural and historical heritage, featuring models of architectural landmarks, elements of national cuisine, and retail points for demonstrating and selling domestic products.
Boulevard World is one of Riyadh’s largest tourist destinations, located adjacent to Boulevard City, offering visitors a “world tour” experience that highlights the cultures of countries such as France, China, India, Italy, Greece, and Egypt. According to available data, the complex receives over 20,000 local and international visitors daily.
The initiative is expected to enhance Uzbekistan’s tourism and investment profile, promote its national culture abroad, and expand export opportunities for domestic products.
