Uzbekistan Did Not Export Gold in November 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan did not export any non-monetary gold in November 2025, according to the National Statistics Committee.

The cumulative gold exports for January–November 2025 remained at US$9.90 billion, unchanged from the figure reported in October 2025.

Year-on-year, gold exports have grown significantly, up 49.4% compared to US$6.63 billion in the same period of 2024. Gold continues to play a key role in the country’s foreign trade.

Its share in Uzbekistan’s total exports for January–November 2025 reached 32%, up from 27.1% a year earlier, highlighting the growing importance of the precious metal in the nation’s export revenues.

During the first eleven months of 2025, Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover totaled US$72.8 billion, increasing by US$13.0 billion, or 21.8%, compared to the same period in 2024.

Exports amounted to US$30.9 billion, up 26.2% year-on-year, while imports reached US$41.9 billion, an 18.7% increase.

As a result, the trade balance for January–November showed a deficit of US$11.0 billion, reflecting continued import growth outpacing exports amid expanding foreign economic activity.
