Uzbekistan develops concept of IT sector development

It was noted that the Uzbek government entrusted the Ministry to develop a long-term concept of development of information technologies and communications.

At the meeting, the sides discussed opportunities of Deloitte in assisting to develop the concept of the sector’s development, including studying advanced international experience on introduction of long-term ICT development strategy.

The concept will cover such directions as telecommunication infrastructure, e-government, information security, innovations, postal, logistics and e-commerce, education and training specialists.
