Uzbekistan denies reports on US base in its territory
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan dismissed reports of some media outlets that Uzbekistan and the USA are holding talks on opening the US military base in Uzbekistan.
The statement of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said that Uzbekistan does not allow o place foreign military bases and objects in its territory in line with the Concept of Foreign Political Activity of Uzbekistan, which was approved as a law on 10 September 2012.
