Uzbekistan Delegation Participates in World Customs Organization Technology Conference

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Technology Conference and Exhibition organized by the World Customs Organization is currently underway in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The prestigious international forum is attended by a delegation from the Republic of Uzbekistan, led by Akmalhoja Mavlonov, Chairman of the Customs Committee.

As part of the conference, an exhibition is being held showcasing modern digital platforms, intelligent analytical tools, and automated control systems used in customs operations, along with the latest technical means for customs inspection.

The solutions presented at the exhibition aim to strengthen border security and international supply chains, while also simplifying, accelerating, and enhancing the transparency of international trade amid increasingly complex global economic processes.

During the exhibition, the Uzbek Customs Committee delegation is focusing on the integration of customs information systems across different countries, particularly in the context of accelerating digitalization and growing interconnectedness of the global economy.

To this end, the exhibition features active meetings with representatives of leading global IT companies, as well as heads of customs authorities from various countries.
