Uzbekistan creates company Uzpakhtasanoatexport

The document was adopted to create a single complex on accepting and processing raw cotton and export of cotton-fiber, improve quality and competitiveness of cotton, fat and oil industry, attract investments for modernization and re-equipment of ginneries and oil enterprises of Uzbekistan.

According to the decree, Uzpakhtasanoatexport will accept, process and export cotton-fibre. It will include Uzpakhtasanoat (acquire and process raw cotton), UzPakhtaExport (store and export cotton-fibre) and UzPakhtaYog (produce cotton oil).

The main goals and activities of Uzpakhtasanoatexport are organizing marketing research on global and regional cotton markets, carrying out single policy on accepting and processing raw cotton and realizing cotton-fibre in international markets.

It will also process cotton seeds, produce cotton oil and other related products, carry out single policy on modernization of enterprises of the industry, etc.

The charter capital of Uzpakhtasanoatexport will formed due to property of enterprises of Uzpakhtasanoat, UzPakhtaExport and UzPakhtaYog.
