Uzbekistan condemns launch of rocket by North Korea
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan expressed its concern over reports on attempt of North Korea to launch satellite to orbit with use of ballistic missiles, Jahon news agency said in a statement.
The statement said that the attempt violates resolution of the UN Security Council No. 1874 from 2009.
Uzbekistan called Pyongyang to adhere to its international obligations and refrain from actions, which could escalate tension in Korean Peninsula.
