Uzbekistan claims 58th place in new FIFA ranking

According to FIFA, Uzbekistan jumped eight places up and now holds the 58th place in new ranking.

Uzbekistan holds the fourth place among the Asian Football Confederation and the third place among the CIS states.

Uzbekistan is behind Japan (32nd place), South Korea (40) and Australia in Asia and Russia (11) and Ukraine (37) in the CIS.

Spain topped the FIFA ranking. Germany is on the second place and Argentina holds the third place.
