Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce Studies China’s Water Technologies
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation led by Davron Vakhobov, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, visited the Chinese company Qingyan Environmental Technology to study advanced water purification and recycling technologies.
The company operates facilities with a capacity of 40,000 cubic meters of water per day, with approximately 60% of the treated water returned to the production cycle, enabling efficient use of water resources and increasing production efficiency.
The facility fully meets European environmental standards and is equipped with modern filtration and recirculation systems.
During the visit, participants discussed opportunities for implementing water recycling technologies in Uzbekistan. The adoption of such solutions is expected to help enterprises use water resources efficiently, ensure environmental sustainability, and reduce production costs.
Following the discussions, both sides agreed to establish a joint working group of specialists from Uzbekistan and China to develop practical proposals for introducing modern water purification and recycling technologies at Uzbek enterprises.
