Uzbekistan approves rules of cargo transportation with vehicles

The rules regulate relations of players of transportation process, their rights, responsibilities and liabilities, as well as sets requirements to transportation of cargoes with automobile transport in Uzbekistan, norma.uz reported.

The rules will not be implemented to cargoes, transported by the citizens for their own needs by vehicles.

The document said that transportation of dangerous, large size and heavy cargoes will be regulated by other legal documents.

The cargo transportation, which is under customs control, will be carried out in line with the requirements of customs legislation of Uzbekistan.

The rules will come into force from 1 January 2015.
