Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — By Resolution No. 476 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 30 July 2025, the Regulations on the Organization of Activities of Electronic Public Procurement System Operators have been approved.
The document defines the procedures governing the operator’s activities, the exchange of information within the system, and the moderation of certain data related to public procurement. According to the Regulations, procurement procedures conducted by state customers commence from the moment participants register in the electronic system.
It is stipulated that the exchange of information between different information systems will be carried out exclusively through secure communication channels using certified tools that meet the requirements of information and cybersecurity. For supervisory authorities, a mechanism has been established to request documents and data from the operator remotely via a dedicated portal.
