Uzbekistan appoints new ambassador to Austria

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan appointed its Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Austria and Permanent Representative to the OSCE and other international organizations in Vienna.

According to the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, Sherzod Asadov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Austria, Permanent Representative of Uzbekistan to the OSCE and other international organizations in Vienna.

Sherzod Asadov previously worked as a counselor of the Embassy and Chargé d’affaires of Uzbekistan to Austria.
