Uzbekistan and Turkey intend to increase mutual trade to US$3-4 billion a year

Uzbekistan and Turkey agreed in near future to bring the trade turnover between the countries to US$3-4 billion a year, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev said during a meeting with representatives of financial and business circles of Turkey.
The head of Uzbekistan underlined that this will create broad opportunities for business circles of the two countries.
It should be noted that in 2016 the trade turnover between Uzbekistan and Turkey made up US$1.2 billion.
