Uzbekistan and the European Union Aim to Strengthen Partnership Across Key Areas

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In Brussels, Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva met with European Commissioner for International Partnerships Jozef Sikela to discuss prospects for expanding cooperation between Uzbekistan and the European Union.

The talks focused on the dynamic development of bilateral relations in the political, economic, investment, and cultural-humanitarian spheres, as well as on advancing concrete joint projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening practical collaboration.

Both sides emphasized the importance of leveraging new opportunities for cooperation emerging across Central Asia and reaffirmed their mutual commitment to deepening the Uzbekistan–EU partnership.
