Uzbekistan and Tajikistan continue to prepare for the demarcation of the interstate border line

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 21-27 January 2019, a regular meeting of the delegations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Tajikistan was held in Dushanbe to coordinate organizational and legal issues of the demarcation of the Uzbek-Tajik State border.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, during the negotiations, drafts of the relevant regulatory and technical documents were prepared, on the basis of which the parties will begin the negotiation process to determine the state border line on the ground for demarcation work.

Following the event, the Protocol was signed.
