Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture of Uzbekistan, Nuriddin Koshnazarov, together with the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Poland, Stefan Kraevski, held a meeting with the founder of the “Korzinka” supermarket chain, Zafar Khoshimov.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for expanding bilateral trade and economic cooperation, diversifying food supply, and introducing new products to the Uzbek market.

Prior to the discussions, Zafar Khoshimov provided a detailed overview of the “Korzinka” network, highlighting its role in providing the population with high-quality and stable food supplies across the country.

The parties noted that the “Korzinka” network possesses significant potential for importing Polish products into Uzbekistan. Its extensive trade and logistics infrastructure creates a reliable platform for Polish companies interested in regular supplies.

The Polish delegation expressed readiness to systematically export products to Uzbekistan, including sugar, and discussed plans to expand the range of food items and processed goods.

Following the meeting, participants exchanged views on increasing trade turnover, ensuring Uzbek consumers have access to high-quality Polish products, and strengthening long-term cooperation with the “Korzinka” retail network.
