During the meeting, the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation in the trade, economic, investment, transport and logistics sectors, as well as measures taken by the governments of the two countries aimed at mitigating the economic consequences of the global crisis associated with the pandemic, were discussed.

The prospects of investment cooperation in such areas as agriculture, food and textile industries, pharmaceuticals, the production of building materials and the development of tourism infrastructure were examined. Prerequisites were noted for the joint elaboration of specific investment projects aimed at strengthening industrial cooperation in priority areas.
