Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Working groups of the Governments of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan fruitfully concluded negotiations on the delimitation and demarcation of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz state border in Andijan on 25 June.

In order to acceleration definition of the length of the border line included in the Intermediate State Border Treaty, taking into account the large amount of technical and physical work, and also due to the complexity of the discussed sections of the interstate border within Andijan, Namangan and Ferghana regions of Uzbekistan in accordance with Batken, Jalal -Abad and Osh oblasts of the Kyrgyz Republic by mutual agreement the terms of negotiations, joint field surveys and geodetic measuring works were extended by two days.
