Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan Aim to Expand Bilateral Mining Cooperation
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The ministers responsible for mining and geology of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan held a working meeting to discuss prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation in the sector.
During the talks, Uzbekistan’s Minister of Mining Industry and Geology Bobir Islamov and Kazakhstan’s Minister of Industry and Construction Yersayin Nagaspaev reviewed the current state of cooperation between the two countries, exchanged experience, and explored opportunities for joint projects and deeper partnership in priority areas.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further developing a constructive dialogue and stressed the importance of strengthening mutually beneficial ties aimed at increasing the effectiveness of cooperation between the agencies of the two states.
