Uzbekistan and Jordan Discuss Cooperation Plans for 2026

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 22 December, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bahromjon A’loev met with Demieh Haddad, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Uzbekistan.

The parties discussed the current state of bilateral relations and prospects for their further development. The meeting included a review of 2025 outcomes in the political-diplomatic, trade and economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian, tourism, and educational sectors.

Particular attention was paid to defining specific tasks for the effective implementation of measures outlined in the bilateral agenda for 2026.

The importance of consistent fulfillment of agreements reached at the highest level, as well as further strengthening cooperation in mutually beneficial areas while fully leveraging existing potential, was emphasized during the discussion.
