Uzbekistan and Great Britain discuss development of trade-economic ties

On 11 June, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Uzbekistan Christopher George Edgar held negotiations at the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of Uzbekistan.
During the negotiations were discussed the prospects of the further expansion of trade, economic, investment and financial cooperation between the two countries, the MFERIT said.
It was agreed to hold the next session of Uzbek-British Trade and Industry Council (UBTIC) in the fourth quarter of this year in Tashkent.
