Uzbekistan and Germany discuss situation in Afghanistan

On 30 October 2017, Special Representative of the President of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan Ismatilla Irgasheva met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany Günter Overfeld.
According to the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, the sides discussed prospects for cooperation between Uzbekistan and Germany on the Afghan direction, and economic assistance to the peaceful settlement in Afghanistan.
