Uzbekistan and Germany Discuss Expansion of Bilateral Cooperation
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 24 October, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov held a meeting with Stefan Mayer, member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Bundestag of Germany.
During the talks, the parties discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation, including the development of political and interparliamentary ties, trade, economic and investment projects, as well as the strengthening of multilateral relations and the planning of joint events for 2026.
Special attention was given to attracting leading German companies and introducing advanced technologies in the implementation of various investment projects in Uzbekistan.
Following the meeting, both sides agreed to continue active engagement across all areas of bilateral cooperation.
