Uzbekistan and Georgia Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Ties
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov met today in Samarkand with Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili.
“We are pleased to welcome Her Excellency Maka Bochorishvili, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, who has arrived to participate in the UNESCO General Conference in Samarkand,” Saidov wrote on his Telegram channel.
The meeting featured productive and substantive discussions covering a broad range of bilateral cooperation issues.
According to Saidov, the parties focused on enhancing transport connectivity between regions, developing interregional cooperation, and expanding partnerships in agriculture, industry, culture, and other areas of mutual interest.
