Uzbekistan and Dr. Reddy’s Agree to Develop Pharmaceutical Education

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 20 November 2025, Abdulla Azizov, Director of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry, held a meeting with the head of Dr. Reddy’s representative office in Uzbekistan.

During the talks, the parties discussed priority areas for strengthening professional knowledge and skills in the pharmaceutical sector.

Particular attention was given to the development of educational and research activities, including the organization of training courses, workshops, and seminars in accordance with EuroGMP standards to enhance the qualifications of industry specialists.

Opportunities to deepen practical skills in clinical research, organize hands-on training, and promote international experience exchange were also discussed.

As a result of the meeting, both sides agreed to establish long-term and systematic cooperation and to develop a dedicated roadmap outlining practical steps and the sequence for implementing joint projects.
