Uzbekistan and China Discuss Expansion of Investment and Industrial Cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A roundtable meeting was held at the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan, attended by Deputy Minister Ilzat Kasimov and the head of the Chinese delegation, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Economic System Reform Research Association, Zhao Ya.

The discussion involved leaders of leading Chinese companies and prominent organizations.

The participants focused on expanding bilateral cooperation, attracting investments, and supporting new initiatives in the industrial and infrastructure sectors.

Special attention was given to creating favorable conditions for implementing joint projects aimed at developing key economic industries.

Following the talks, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening strategic partnership, fostering long-term and mutually beneficial relations, and deepening friendly ties between Uzbekistan and China.
