The Uzbek airline conducted 11,575 flights in the reporting period.
About 1.235 million passengers used services of the airline in January-June 2015, Uzbekistan Airways said.
In the reporting period, the airline transported 18,300 tonnes of cargo, including paid luggage and mail.
Uzbekistan Havo Yollari started to use two re-equipped freighters Boeing, which allowed to expand network of cargo flights and increase the volume cargo transportation via International inter-modal logistic center Navoi.
The airline opened new regular flights Tashkent – Minsk – Tashkent, while the airline employees worked on attracting more tourists to its flights and Uzbekistan’s tourism sector.
Uzbekistan Havo Yollari is currently implementing 12 investment projects, including modernization fleet, construction of hangar for providing maintenance services of Boeing-787 Dreamliner and new passenger terminal Tashkent-4, development of land infrastructure of the airport, etc.
