Uzbekistan Airways to sell tickets via internet

National Bank of Uzbekistan for Foreign Economic Activity (NBU) in cooperation with Uzbekistan Havo Yollari develops to launch a new project on electronic commerce with international cards Visa.

The project will allow Visa cardholders worldwide to order tickets for flights of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari via Internet, the press service of the NBU said.

The bank added that producers of goods and services in Uzbekistan will be able to sell their products via internet once NBU receives necessary license from international payment system Visa.

NBU added that it is planning to emit international cards Visa with chips.
