Uzbekistan Airways starts to fly from Urgench to Volgograd
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
The regular flights programme has started on route Urgench-Volgograd-Urgench, the press service of Volgograd International Airport said.
National airline Uzbekistan Havo Yollari will conduct the flight on comfortable airplanes Airbus A320 on Fridays. The flight duration is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The airport said that the demand of the passengers was studied and it showed that there are high demand for flights to Volgograd from Uzbekistan.
The Russian citizens can establish business contacts with their Uzbek counterparts and familiarize with tourism objects of Uzbekistan, the airport said.
