Uzbekistan Airways receives the second Airbus A320neo jet

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Airways received the second airplane of model Airbus A320neo on 9 April 2019.

The first plane Airbus A320neo was delivered to Uzbekistan on 11 March 2019 and it is currently used to perform flights.

The newest A320neo aircraft of the NAC have been ordered in a two-class layout having 150 seats each including 12 business class and 138 economy class seats.

They will be 20% more economical than their predecessors thanks to new, more economical LEAP -1A engines of the CFM International  company providing the best fuel efficiency, and modern developments in the design of the fuselage improving its aerodynamic characteristics.

Their flight range has been increased from 4,500 up to more than 5,000 kilometers, as this will allow covering entire Central Europe with flights.

The modern design of the passenger compartment creates maximum comfort for passengers in flight.  Comfortable and wide seats with individual screens designed for entertainment, communication systems and Wi-Fi, an improved air conditioning system that guarantees the freshness of the air and its even distribution in the cabin of the aircraft, will allow you to get a completely different, more pleasant feeling of the flight.

Contract for the supply of two Airbus A320neo was concluded in 2017, in accordance with the development strategy and the program aimed to modernize and unify the air fleet of the NAC.
