Uzbekistan Airports Receives International Anti-Corruption ISO 37001:2016 Certification

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan Airports has successfully passed an independent audit of its anti-corruption management system conducted by the international certification organization CERT International (Slovakia).

Following the audit, the company’s anti-corruption activities received high marks.

As a result, Uzbekistan Airports was awarded the international ISO 37001:2016 certificate, confirming that its implemented anti-corruption management system meets international standards and that the mechanisms for preventing and combating corruption are effective.

The international standard ISO 37001:2016 is based on global best practices and sets out requirements and recommendations for the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of an anti-corruption management system.

Its application aims to enhance transparency, accountability, and integrity in organizational operations.

Having a certified anti-corruption management system ensures strict compliance by employees with legislation, as well as adherence to principles of honesty, openness, and responsibility in the performance of official duties.

Receiving the ISO 37001:2016 certification strengthens trust from government authorities, international partners, and the professional aviation community, while also confirming the reliability and resilience of Uzbekistan Airports as the operator of the country’s strategically important aviation infrastructure.
