Uzbekistan Airports Offers New Commercial Lots at Tashkent International Airport

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan Airports has announced the launch of an auction on the electronic platform E-auksion.uz, offering new commercial spaces at Tashkent International Airport. The lots include premises in the new arrivals area and renovated spaces in the departures zone.

In the arrivals area on the first floor, lots of 12 sq.m are available for Bubble Tea outlets, ice cream cafés, and confectionery kiosks, with an annual rent of 800,000 sums per sq.m. Lots for an ATM (1 sq.m at 1.5 million sums) and an information kiosk (1 sq.m at 1 million sums) are also offered.

On the second floor of the arrivals area, larger spaces of 95 and 123 sq.m are available for coffee shops, with a starting rent of 300,000 sums per sq.m. Tenants are required to have at least three years of experience and operate a minimum of three outlets in the city.

In the departures area, the first floor offers 2 sq.m lots for selling suitcases and travel bags (5 million sums per sq.m). The second floor provides spaces for phone, tablet, and laptop charging stations (1 sq.m at 1 million sums), massage chairs (3 sq.m at 600,000 sums), and vending machines.

All participation terms, tenant requirements, and auction starting prices with a minimum 5% increment are listed on E-auksion.uz.

The auction is scheduled for 2 December 2025.

This initiative aims to develop airport infrastructure and attract investors to expand services and commercial offerings for passengers.
