Uzbekistan Airports Launches Tender for 10-Year Development Strategy
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — JSC Uzbekistan Airports has announced a tender to select a consulting firm to develop a 10-year strategy for the national airport system.
The strategy will cover all airports directly managed by the company, facilities operating under public-private partnerships (PPPs) or concessions, as well as future airports planned for external or private management.
The strategy aims to serve as a unified roadmap for the entire airport network, ensuring sustainable development across different ownership and management models. It will also account for potential shifts in geopolitical, economic, technological, and market conditions.
Both international and local firms with expertise in aviation, transport infrastructure, or strategic consulting are invited to participate in the tender.
The project’s goal is to create a long-term roadmap to enhance airport management efficiency, attract investment, and integrate Uzbekistan’s aviation sector into the global landscape.
