Uzbekistan, Afghanistan discuss trade-economic relations

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan was held in Tashkent.

At the meeting, the sides discussed the state and prospects of development of cooperation between the two countries at the level of government agencies and business circles.

Both sides noted that negotiations at this level are an effective platform for exchanging views on current issues and developing mutually beneficial solutions, the press service of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan said.
