According to the program, it is planned to plant more than 1.6 million trees and bushes along the roadsides in 2018-2020. About 782,000 trees and shrubs will be planted in the city streets in the reporting period, of which 103,000 will be planted in Tashkent.

Within the programme it is planned to plant pines, maples, oak, chestnut, ash, juniper, etc.

The President of Uzbekistan entrusted the State Committee for Roads with additional tasks and functions on landscaping and improving the territories adjacent to the roads.
