Uzbekinvest Hayot collects insurance premiums for 21.8bn soums in 2015

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekinvest Hayot collected insurance premiums for 21.8 billion soums in 2015, which rose by 33% year-on-year in 2014, according to the press service of the company.

The insurance liabilities on existing agreements on insurance of life and health made up over 1.3 trillion soums.

About 96% of insurance premiums fell to share of life insurance, including mandatory insurance. About 73% of insurance premiums fell to share of voluntary life insurance.

In 2015, share of territorial branches in total volume of collected insurance premiums reached 65.2% against 55.7% in 2014.
