Uzbekenergo announces tender for purchase of energy equipment

Uzbekistan has received an Additional financing from the World Bank in amount US$100 million “The Uzbekistan Energy Efficiency Facility for Industrial Enterprises (UzEEF) and Additional Financing” Project implementation.

Uzbekistan intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for “Procurement of Energy equipment” (Subproject: Upgrade of “Cascade of Shahrihan HPP (HPP-SFC-1)”). The Purchaser is“Cascade of Tashkent HPP” UE.

The bid proposals will be received till 11 May 2016.
