Uzbekenergo and KT Corporation sign additional agreement

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekenergo and KT Corporation (Korea) signed an additional to implement a project "Automated System for Accounting and Control of Electricity Consumption".

The project is implemented with the financing of the Asian Development Bank. The project is being implemented in Bukhara, Jizzakh and Samarkand regions. It should be noted that the signed additional agreement will create conditions for the implementation of the project throughout the country.

The implementation of the project "Automated System for Accounting and Control of Electricity Consumption" will lead to a reduction in losses in the supply of electricity and preventing the growth of arrears for electricity supplied to consumers.
