Uzbekbaliqsanoat Association created in Uzbekistan

The document was adopted to eliminate problems in finishing industry of Uzbekistan.

According to the resolution, Uzbekbaliqsanoat Association was created in Uzbekistan. It will unite 13 territorial Baliqsanoat, which will coordinate fishing industry in the places.

Uzbekbaliqsanoat Associationwill create organizational and technological chain of production of fish products, strengthening feeding base, rational use of natural and artificial water reservoirs, introduction of intensive technologies of fish production.

Scientific-research institute of fishing with its branches in places will be created in Uzbekistan, the document said.

Institute was created to improve research work and train scientific cadres for fishing industry, etc.

Uzbek President approved creation of investment company of Ipoteka Bank, which will render assistance to realization of the programme on development of fishing via co-financing of the projects in fishing industry, as well as render consulting, information-analytical and marketing services.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev approved creation of the Fund on development of fishing. The fund is created to further financing of scientific-research and selection works, development of feeding products, etc.

Uzbek leader provided tax preferences to Uzbekbaliqsanoat Association, Baliqsanoat and legel entities, which will enter to it.

President instructed to develop and implement programme of measures for the further integrated development of the fishing industry for 2017-2021.

The programme will be aimed at ensuring the reproduction of fish planting material, the introduction of modern methods for growing fish, increasing its production and processing.
