Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) –– The first Uzbek-Turkish business forum in the field of healthcare and pharmaceuticals was held in Tashkent.

During the event, organized as part of the Health Week, representatives of the healthcare sector of the two countries reached a number of mutually beneficial agreements, the press service of the Ministry of Health reports.

In particular, memorandums were signed in such important areas as emergency and emergency medical services, pharmaceuticals, medical education, oncology and radiology, hematology and blood transfusion, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and private medicine.

Undoubtedly, this cooperation will be important in strengthening ties in the health sector, improving the exchange of experience, and most importantly, the quality of public health protection.
