Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 21-23 July, a delegation of Uzbekistan again presented textile products at one of the largest events in the field of fashion retail in the UK - the international exhibition Pure London-2019.

Within the framework of the exhibition days, domestic companies “Textile Mill Tashkent”, “Vakkoni Collection”, “Istiqlol Tekstil Dizayn”, “Zuhro Yulduz Dizayn” took part with presentation stands, fruitful negotiations with representatives of international companies took place.

In particular, negotiations were held with the regional director in London of Agha Establishments International Ali J. Agha. The British partner expressed interest in exploring the possibility of supplying finished textile products, including men’s clothing made of fabric produced in Uzbekistan to Britain. The British side is also interested in the tariffs of customs duties imposed on the import of Uzbek textile products to Britain.

At the same time, following the talks, the British website of the buyer and seller, Elad Chohen (Sapia Source), provided free services and subscriptions to domestic enterprises.

An agreement was also reached with the head of the British company Henze Projects Dr. Gabe Henze on the organization of a visit to Uzbekistan of leading British brand companies, including Mrimark, Mos Bross, Sport Direct, etc., in order to establish cooperation with domestic textile companies for the export of Uzbek textile products to Britain, as well as the EU countries in early September.

The first contract was signed by the British company Notting Hill Gate Bags Limited (UK, London) for the supply of 6000 pieces eco-friendly cotton bags with a domestic manufacturer Zuhro Yulduz Dizayn.
